TREK Trails at Aterro Park

Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park
Jacksonville’s most used trail and host to multiple race events annually. Approximately 15 miles of well maintained and challenging trails.

Tillie K Fowler Regional Park
Great park with the widest variety of riding options. Approximately 6 miles of single track, and lots of technical options within the park. Click on the detail to see the full description.

Black Creek Park and Trail
Approximately 5 miles of singletrack at Black Creek. This trail has a great option to also ride the paved trail from Orange Park all the way down to Black Creek.

Bulls Bay Preserve
Jacksonville EXTREME elevation riding and a couple of miles of singletrack. We like to joke, but there really are some hills at this park.

Nocatee Preserve
Flat trail with tight root filled sections.

The main trail is a loop with a little elevation and variety of trail.

Julington-Durbin Preserve
Multiuse trails that offer a great way to get a great run and/or ride. Very ridable on a gravel bike or mountain bike.

Baldwin Rail Trail
This is an approximatly 15 mile paved trail built on a former CSX rail line. An equestrian trail parallels the paved trail.

Cary State Forest
Bicycling, hiking and horseback riding are permitted on all forest roads and fire lines on the Cary, Monticello, Thomas Creek and Norfolk Southern tracts unless posted as closed to public access. The forest is open during daylight hours for visitors to enjoy picnicking, hiking, bicycling, fishing, wildlife viewing and horseback riding.

Jennings State Forest
The forest is open during daylight hours for hiking, bicycling, canoeing, horseback riding and wildlife viewing. Primitive, drive-up camping is available at the Hammock and Bootleggers campgrounds. The forest also has hike-in camping at the North Fork Black Creek and Dunn's Creek primitive camp zones.
